How to Shop at Ugrade online store

1) Selecting Items to Purchase
Select and click on a product group, on the left screen or click on the product image represents each product group. Choose a product from the list. Click add to Basket bar, a view order screen will shows the item you order. At this stage, you can change the order quantity of the product in your basket by keying in your new quantities in the Quantity Box, remenber to click on update button or Click on remove Button to delete any product you don't want from your basket and continue shopping.

To view all of the items you have selected to purchase click on "view current order " at the top of the page.

2) Checking Out
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the "Checkout" button at the top right of the page. If you are a first time customer, select "Create New Account" or "Place Order Without Account." If you have shopped with us before, enter your customer login and password and our system will automatically fill in your personal information.

3 Payment
Finally, fill in your payment information, Select mode of payment Payment by cheque, For cash on delivery payment, enter 88. For payment by cheque, please enter cheque number( fill in 8888 if your cheque is not ready at this moment). And click the "Continue" button at the bottom right of your screen. Your order number and invoice will appear and we will e-mail you a copy shortly thereafter!

No Minimum Purchase!
If the items you order is out of stock, our customer relation associate will contact you by phone. Submittion of order does not means the acceptance of offer to sell. We will send email to you to comfirm our acceptance of your order and advise you on delivery schedule.

Order Confirmation
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive an auto response e-mail from us confirming your order.

Delivery

There is no delivery charge if Customers self-collect orders at the following points:

Once we comfirm your order, it will be delivered within the next working day For order place on Saturday and Sunday, it will be delivered within the next 2 working day.

Deliver hour : 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday ( Exclude public holiday). Delivery Service Covers Singapore main island only. Upon accepting the deliver of good, please write your name and sign on the delivery note,and our delivery associate will collect cash from receiptant.

Please let us know ,If you do not want the acceptance of the delivery by any other person in the stated delivery address, but only yourselve.

If you do not receive order on schedule, please contact Customer Relation hotline: 65600900 or email to us. Our customer Relation associate will check on your delivery schedule prompty.

Payment
We accept payment by cash. For payment by cheque, cheque must be payable to 'U-Grade Paper Products Pte Ltd' and agree by the company.

Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order by calling our customer service associate at (65) 65600900. No administration charge for cancellation of order before delivery.

Return
All products sold are not returnable.

Exchange
If you find product that you purchase from us to be faulty or defective, please report within 3 working day from the date of acceptance of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange after verification. All to be exchanged defective product should be in their original packing.

Registration
Click on Create New Account Tab and fill in your personal particulars in the registration form. Create your own password once registration complete. If you forget your password, please click on the account button, whick bring you to the account log in page. Key in your Login ID and select the following option; "Please Email Me My Password ". Then click on Login button We will email you your pass word to you shortly.

Privacy & Security
We place high regard to the confidentiality of your personal information.

Security-your are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
